Project Manager

Employment type: Full Time

Where: This is primarily a field position, with some time spent in the office or working from home.

  • Manage Production Schedule.
  • Manage Projects: to drive positive customer experience, efficiency for Subs, profitability for Company.
  • Get field measurements and get necessary sign- offs from customers on special orders.
  • Ordering Materials and Equipment.
  • Pre-Production meetings with Customers to confirm scope and set expectations for customers and GIANT.
  • Daily Check-ins on site to update our CRM and TECH APPs , communicate/check in with Customers and Subs and resolve any customer complaints or concerns through problem solving.
  • Post- Production Inspection with customer to ensure all expectations have been met.
  • Maintain Communication between jobsite and office manager.
  • Consult customers on possible changes to scope for change orders (Commission!!).
  • Prep for and attend biweekly GSR(Goal Setting and Review) meetings.
  • Drive positive customer reviews on social media and Google.
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle
  • Experience in Home Remodeling, or Construction is a plus but not required

  • $52-$65k, 40k bonus / Commission Potential

  • Two weekends a year use of Private home in Vermont close to skiing, mountain biking , and the best swimming holes in the state

Sales

Employment type: Full Time

  • Follow up on leads received and assigned by the Giant Siding and Windows office.
  • Respond to and communicate with customers within 2-4 hours.
  • Attend all scheduled in person estimates with existing and prospective customers as set up by the Giant Siding and Windows office.
  • Follow Giant Siding and Windows sales system.
  • Submit booked contracts to the office within 24 hours.
  • Perform follow up touchpoints with all outstanding customers weekly.
  • Forward any new lead to office manager within 2 hours.
  • attend any sales training or product training set up by Giant Siding and Windows.
  • Work with Project Manager to assure a smooth handoff from sales to production team.
  • Update sales CRM for every lead daily.
  • Basic Computer Skills-google suite
  • Valid Driver’s License and Vehicle
  • Experience in Home Remodeling, or Construction is a plus but not required.
