A couple in Pleasantville, NY wanted a much-needed makeover for their outdated 80s contemporary, colonial home. They hated the dated vertical channel wood siding, which was too rustic for their tastes, and they were also unhappy with the style and color of their roof.

To update the look, we installed James Hardie 7-inch Clapboard siding, all-new AZEK Trim, and a new GAF roof in a modern charcoal color to update the look. We did initially find a significant amount of rot on the back of the home, but we were able to document it all and get it replaced while the couple was out of town for a few days. We kept them in the loop the entire time with mentions through Company Cam.
